Pros and cons of Baby by Smallnest - Track Breastfeeding, Sleep and Diapers app for iPhone and iPad

Baby by Smallnest - Track Breastfeeding, Sleep and Diapers app good for

Easy to use. Sometimes it gets stuck in the "syncing" mode, but otherwise very user friendly.
Love, love, love it!!!! This is the best app for busy moms. Very user friendly, keeps track of everything! Great customer support. Love it!!
Love this app. It is so easy to use, especially with one hand which is essential for any parent. Only negative for me is that you need to be connected to wi-if to use it. If you have a phone this probably isnt an issue, but I use an iPod. Otherwise best nursing log app out there.
My daughter is 5 days old and this app is a lifesaver in terms of keeping track of how were doing. Like others, Id love to see the app expanded to include additional info like meds, tracking my info such as when I eat or any meds Im on. Also, downloaded data so I could see the changes over time would be excellent.
Great way to keep track of feeding schedule, and particularly for me, the side last nursed on. There have been some technical difficulties where nothing can be saved but when it works, its great. Would be nice to be able to track when medications were given.
Its a simple and great tool. I love the new 24hrs totals, very convenient.

Some bad moments

The idea behind the app is great and it promises to keep it clear and simple. Ive been using it for 10 days nows and the first 7 days it all worked just fine. I even payed usd 9.99 for the "timeline function". First mistake: its login depends on facebook login authentication. We all know from other apps that it sometimes doesnt work quite well. How difficult it is to create an independent login/password system? First real issue: the app start syncing data and fails. Nothing is saved and the parents precious time is wasted. Their support says it is facebook related and recommends to uninstall the app to clear facebook data. 2nd real issue: timeline function scrambles date and time. It is hard to read, impossible to print the real data and there is no way to export it. 3rd and worst of all: after 8 days of using it, saving ours daughter every tiny information it just stop working on every single device we tried. Ive sent several messages to the support without a fix. After 2 days trying and picking notes on paper we moved to another app, not as charming as this one, but effective.
The Program doesnt synchronize the data...its anoint me! Please fix this!
Dont know why I need to log into Facebook for this app to work... Ridiculous!!!!!
The app wont even let me sign up unless I agree to let it post to all of my FB friends "on my behalf"!!!!! Info about my baby, his feeding schedules, his sleep?!? As if!! The developers are out of their minds requiring this. What a shame, seems like a useful app but Im deleting it.
The app is user friendly and useful but there should be an option to opt out of signing up to Facebook. Very unreasonable to make the app user sign up through their FB accounts. Also the app continues to send error reports many times throughout the day. Hopefully this is fixed soon. Would be nice to be able to track miscellaneous things like baths, medications, etc
You can track with this app - but for the charts/data you need to subscribe at costs of $19.99 for3 mo. Disappointing.
